TILE CLEANING AND RESTORATION
Grout is a porous substance that is subject to staining by dirty mop water, spillage and other contaminants. The Grout Buster system of cleaning and sealing protects the grout from staining. Sealing reduces the labor of cleaning and maintaining the grout. In a new tile installation the grout should be allowed to cure for at least 3 weeks prior to a sealant being applied. This system will provide the commercial establishment the maximum benefits of beauty and durability.

By applying the Grout Buster system sealant 3 weeks after the initial installation, the establishment will realize the most savings. There are no preparation charges, i.e., cleaning and preparing grout joints for the sealant. There is less ‘down time’ involved for the commercial establishment. COLOR-PIGMENTED GROUT SEALANT
A color-pigmented water born epoxy grout sealant chemically engineered to
penetrate and form a high strength bond to non-sanded, sanded, and epoxy tile
grout that will last for years. Our color palate is available in 44 standard
color choices. We also have the means to color match all of the industry
leading grout manufacturers color offerings. These manufacturers include
Custom Building Products, Laticrete, TEC, Bonsal, Mapei. The sealant has been
tested and approved by the Ceramic Tile Institute of America.
